Coming to a Road Near You – 90-day Immediate Roadside Prohibitions for Cannabis
On April 26, 2018, the B.C. provincial government announced their plan to deal with legal cannabis.
The bill deals with various social issues, from where a person will be able to legally smoke cannabis to how dispensaries will obtain licenses. It also dealt with the issue of drug impaired driving and the government officially announced their intention to create a 90-day Immediate Roadside Prohibition scheme for drug impaired drivers.
