    Length of Prohibition:  Three Months

    Facts: The client was a Class 7 ‘N’ driver.  They had received a 90-day Immediate Roadside Prohibition and a no ‘N’ ticket.  As a result of these infractions, they were issued with a Notice of Intent to Prohibit letter, seeking to prohibit them for a further three-months. The client wrote to RoadSafetyBC themselves in the first instance. They did not receive any reduction of the prohibition. The client then contacted counsel and retained an articled student to make a further appeal.
